Where women’s health data becomes preventative care.

Pelby combines data with clinical insights and medical imaging into AI decision-support for preventative women’s healthcare.

Our first use case is pelvic floor health. The infrastructure is built to scale.

Track recovery and adapts care.

Every day, 60,000+ women are injured giving birth.
We exist to change that.

What changes when Pelby exists

01

Detect injury standard exams miss.

Reduce the risk of birth injury.

Ease the long-term burden of missed and delayed care.

Cut the cost of care that comes too late.

04

Women share their health stories every day. It’s time healthcare learned from them.

Who we partner with

We partner across care, research and technology to close the women's health data gap, collected with purpose, built for prevention.

01

Clinics and care providers

Bring Pelby into patient pathways. Pilot early and build the evidence.

02

Societies and charities

Real-world evidence and trusted education, at scale.

03

Research and data partners

Move women's health along research faster.

04

Medtech

Powering the next generation of pelvic health intelligence.

Partner with Pelby, step by step.

Most partners start by exploring and recommending Pelby - contributing to closing the data gap, where quality beats quantity - and some go on to shape pilots and clinical decision-support.

Our Story

For eight years, I developed AI to detect pelvic floor injuries caused by birth, work which led to SonoPelvicFloor 2.0™ on GE Healthcare's systems.  But I was fed up that these injuries were often identified decades later, once symptoms had become chronic. I was also fed up that SO much was stuck in research.

So I started building Pelby.

At Pelby, we see huge potential for women’s data to be used for good by connecting lived experience with clinical outcomes and medical imaging. We’re bringing prediction and prevention into women’s healthcare, starting with one of its biggest yet least-talked-about issues: pelvic floor health.

Dr. Helena Williams

Physicist turned AI scientist turned founder and CEO of Pelby.

Professor Jan Deprest (CSO) is a world leading clinician-scientist in urogynecology - the medicine of pelvic floor health - and fetal medicine, with decades of experience translating research into care.

His work has literally shaped new clinical approaches in women’s health.

He supports Pelby’s clinical development, ensuring the platform is grounded in robust evidence, reflects the scientific rigour women’s health deserves, and pushes care towards something more personalised and preventative.
